When you submit a recovery request, we collect your name, email, phone, country, the nature of the incident, and any supporting evidence you choose to share. This information is used solely to assess and progress your case.
How we use your information
Your information is used to perform our recovery services and, where you instruct us, to coordinate with partner law firms, exchanges, payment processors, and law enforcement.
Confidentiality
All intake is covered by mutual NDA. Files are stored in encrypted, SOC-2 audited storage with role-based access. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketing or advertising partners — ever.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email intake@counterinitiatives.com with the subject line "Data Request".
Cookies
We use a minimum of strictly-necessary cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or social-network tracking cookies.
