Engagement
Submitting an inquiry through this website does not, by itself, create an engagement. A binding engagement only exists once you have signed an engagement letter with us and (where applicable) with a partner law firm.
No guarantee of recovery
We do not guarantee recovery on any case. Where we accept a case on a contingent fee basis, our success fee is payable only on successful repatriation as defined in the engagement letter.
Honest case selection
We decline cases we cannot win. If we tell you that recovery is unlikely, that opinion is honest and free of charge. Be wary of any firm that promises certainty.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement. We accept no liability for third-party platforms, exchanges, or law-enforcement decisions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your engagement letter, or by the laws of New York State in the absence of any such specification.
